Using this site
Sad Vinted Faces is free to use. It shares information, templates, guides and a place to tell your story. You do not need an account to use the public pages.
Please use the site honestly and respectfully. Do not use it to harass anyone, including Vinted staff or other members of the public, to post content you know to be false, or to try to break, overload or scrape the site.
What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you submit, such as a review or a story. By submitting it you give us permission to store it, to include it in anonymous, combined figures, and to publish it only in the ways you have chosen. Please do not include other people's private details, such as their full address or bank details. We may edit or remove content that breaks these terms.
Donations
Donations through Ko-fi are voluntary. They are not payment for advice, a service or a guaranteed outcome. Ko-fi's own terms apply to the payment.
Paid partnerships and links
Where we are paid to feature a company or product, we label it clearly as sponsored or as a paid partnership. Pages on this site may link to other websites and apps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. We do not guarantee that using our templates or guidance will get any particular result from Vinted or anyone else. The site may also be unavailable from time to time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss you suffer from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer in your own country.
