Join the group action against Vinted

The campaign is gathering a shortlist of documented case studies to present to a specialist group litigation solicitor and to statutory regulators. If your case shows evidence of automated bot bans, rapid-fire canned rejections, or the complete refusal of genuine human review, submit it here.

Why register

Group actions win where individual complaints don't. Vinted's automated ban and refund systems are designed to make one-off complaints uneconomic to pursue. A group claim pools the pattern into one file that a solicitor can act on collectively, at no upfront cost to you.

Your evidence goes straight into the campaign case file. The form below is our official evidence intake. It feeds directly into an access-controlled workspace shared with the solicitor scoping the claim and, in anonymised aggregate form, our regulator submissions to the CMA, ICO, Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

Registering does not commit you to litigate today. It puts you on the list to be contacted if and when a formal group action is filed. You can withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@sadvintedfaces.com.

Before you start

You will need a Google account to submit — the form uses Google's file upload infrastructure, which requires sign-in for security.
Redact sensitive personal identifiers before uploading files: home address, phone numbers, bank sort codes or account numbers, buyer or third-party names. Do not obscure dates, timestamps, support agent names or the text of Vinted messages.
Have your Discord handle ready if you have one — it is how the campaign coordinator will DM you if your case is shortlisted.
Have any screenshots and a short PDF timeline summary of your case ready to attach.

Anonymous route

If you would rather not use Google to sign in, or you don't have anything to upload yet but want to be counted in the corpus, add your case to the main Sad Vinted Faces survey on the homepage. Every response there contributes to the aggregate evidence going to regulators, and if a group action opens up to the wider corpus you'll be first to know.
