What the community is for
The Sad Vinted Faces Discord is where the 5,300+ survey respondents can carry on the conversation in real time. It's not a support desk for Vinted (there isn't one) — it's a peer community for people who have been through it, comparing notes and pooling evidence.
pro-sellers
For Vinted Pro account holders — banned, restricted, holding stuck balances, or fighting a "commercial selling" flag. CEDR mediation, Pro Terms clause 26, Article 4 P2B.
banned-personal-accounts
Standard consumer accounts that were banned for "commercial selling", "fraudulent activity", "counterfeit" or unnamed reasons. Compare notes on what triggered it and what got you back in.
counterfeit-accusations
The specific pattern of counterfeit bans on genuine items, including Vinted-Verification-authenticated items relisted and then flagged. Evidence-sharing for the CMA and press.
stuck-money
For anyone with wallet balances held after a ban. Chase templates, Payment Services Regulations 2017 references, and the reasonable-suspicion standard under POCA 2002.

- No impersonation of Vinted staff, Catherine, journalists, lawyers or any other member.
- Report scam DMs immediately in the #advice-and-help channel — a pattern of phishing accounts is targeting banned Vinted sellers (see the campaign warning at /take-action#scam-warning).
